How do I get my boyfriend to stop doing this?

Okay so when I'm going down on my boyfriend he always puts his hands on my head, and that makes me choke, I don't think he really knows he's doing it because he is moaning and his toes are curling and he just seems into other things at the moment, I thinkhe puts his hands there because he doesn't know where to put them, do what should I do?
