My girlfriend called me the wrong name on phone !?!?

Omg please take my advice... I've been in this exact situtation. If she is defensive then she definately is talking to another guy... I'll tell you whats NOT HEALTHY in a relationship... her keeping that from you AND you had EVERY right to be upset, if i'd done that to my man (which I wouldn't but theoretically speaking)... I'd be like baby I am so sorry, I promise nothing is going on and you have nothing to worry about.. If she really cared about you thats what she would do. Her getting upset is her way of defending herself because of denial... ever notice when some one is cheating on you they will some times accuse you off it? My ex would get pissed at me and start a fight over something petty when I'd find another girl in his phone. Girls do the same thing when they get busted too.
